Each year, the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation offers awards to the children of police personnel. These awards are divided into two categories:

All Round Merit Awards for Children of Police Personnel

The professional studies merit scholarship is given to children of police personnel who are in the final year of courses in disciplines such as Medicine, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Dentistry. This scholarship is given to 5-6 students every year. Since 2008, the Foundation has awarded 65 deserving candidates.

SSC and HSC Awards for the Children of Police Personnel

The scholarship for Police Personnel children was started in 2008. Under SSC awards, 15 students who have scored above 95% and Under HSC awards, 10 students who have scored above 85% are selected annually. Total 359 scholarships have been given so far out of which 219 are under SSC awards and 140 under post HSC awards.

This award is given to students based on their performance in the Secondary and Higher Secondary Examinations (SSC and HSC).
